Chicken is the most frequently used food all over the world. It is juicy and tasty and irresistible for almost all the non-vegetarians. Eating a chettinad chicken dish with lot of spices makes the lunch or dinner wonderful. Garlic and pepper are two different spices that when combined with chicken makes the flavor irresistible for the tongue as well as the nose. The recipe presented here is for Garlic Pepper chicken. The garlic makes it healthy and pepper makes it spicy. An exquisite dish for the treat of your taste buds.
Ingredients:
1 cup bottle gourd
1 tbsp bread crums
1 tsp butter
1 cup carrot
0 chilli powder
1 springs curry leaves
1 number egg
10 number garlic
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 number Green chillies
1 bottle Green coriander leaves
1 tbsp Oil
1 number onion
1 tsp pepper
2 number raw banana
as per taste 0 salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1 number spring onion
pinch 0 turmeric
pinch 0 zeera
Method:
First Boil the Banana and peel and grate, carrot grate, bottle gourd
In a pan add oil, zeera, onion 3/4, salt, gingergarlice paste, turmuric mix well then add carrot grated, bottle gourd grated,mix all and switch off the flame.
Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, now add grated banana, mix well and make a small dumplings of all the mixture.If required add egg,bread crums and make balls.
Once the dumplings are ready bake it for 320 f heat for 20min.
Now in the same pan add little butter add garlic,green chillies chopped very fine, mix well then add onion chopped, curry leaves chopped, chilli powder, dry mango powder, mix well then add crush pepper, chopped spring onion, coriander leaves, soy sauce mix well then add the baked dumplings and tos it for 3-5 min and serve hot.
